Veloralenix was founded in Singapore by a group of aviation professionals who had spent years watching private charter become unnecessarily complicated. They simplified it. One platform, six aircraft tiers, zero tolerance for friction. Built for those who move with purpose and expect the journey to match.
Veloralenix was not built to serve everyone. It was built to serve a specific kind of traveler who has stopped accepting that inconvenience is part of the journey. Every tier in the fleet, from Velun Trace to Eloryn Vast, is operated with the same discipline, the same attention, and the same refusal to consider any detail as optional.
Veloralenix accepts bookings from several weeks out down to same-day requests, depending on aircraft availability. While more notice allows greater flexibility in aircraft selection and catering preparation, the team is structured to turn around urgent requests quickly without reducing the standard of the experience on board.
Each tier is defined by passenger capacity and flight range. Velun Trace handles 1 to 3 passengers up to 1,500 km. Eloryn Vast carries up to 19 passengers with no upper range limit. The four tiers between them scale progressively in cabin size, capacity, and distance, so every group finds an aircraft that fits rather than one they settle for.
Every flight across every tier is exclusively reserved for the booking party. No seats are sold individually. No cabins are shared with other groups. From the moment your party boards to the moment the aircraft lands, the aircraft belongs entirely to you and the people you chose to bring on it.
Catering on every Veloralenix flight is arranged before departure based on the preferences and requirements of the group. There is no standard menu selected from a trolley mid-flight. Your flight coordinator collects preferences during the booking process and ensures the cabin is provisioned accordingly before anyone steps on board.
Veloralenix operates a structured cancellation policy that varies based on notice period and aircraft tier. Cancellations made within a qualifying window are eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on timing. If the cancellation request is placed before 48 hours from the date of departure, you’re eligible for a full refund, whereas, requests placed between 48 and 24 hours are eligible for 50% refunds. Any requests placed after this window will not get any refunds, and no-shows are also seen as non-refundable.
